| Delivery |
Delivery will be within 28 days from the day after the goods are ordered. The date and time when the goods are ordered is determined conclusively by the date stored in the database. The order time is available to view by tracking your order in the members section. |
| Completion of transaction |
The contract is concluded when MagneticNumbers accept the transaction, and the status changes to 'In Processing'. Therefore MagneticNumbers keep the right, wholly at their discretion, to cancel the contract within 72 hours of the purchase for any reason whatsoever. This right is considered exercised when the notice to cancel is sent to the stored e-mail address and MagneticNumbers shall be liable to refund the purchase price in full within a further 72 hours. The further 72 hours is subject to any restrictions imposed on said refund by PayPal, however MagneticNumbers will use its reasonable endeavours to keep the customer informed of the progress of the refund. |
| Failure of transaction |
Where a failed transaction result is returned either by PayPal to the MagneticNumbers website, or by the MagneticNumbers website itself, the onus shall be on the purchaser to prove that they have paid through PayPal and MagneticNumbers are in receipt of said payment.
Where the purchaser proves payment, the contract will be deemed completed at the point that MagneticNumbers accept their proof of payment and confirm the value of the order. |
| Disputes as to Payment etc |
In the event of any dispute between the parties as to whether payment has been made, the matter may be referred to PayPal who's decision shall be binding. In the first instance reference should be made to the payment summary pages of PayPal. |
| Disputes as to content |
Where any dispute relates to the items purchased, the record stored in MagneticNumbers' database of purchases shall be final, subject to any agreement reached between the parties to change any items.
In the event that the record stored in MagneticNumbers' database is inconclusive or missing, agreeement may be reached between the parties as to an appropriate order of equal value. If agreement cannot be reached, MagneticNumbers' shall refund the full cost of the order. |

| Modification of Order |
Orders may be cancelled or amended until MagneticNumbers incurs non-refundable costs (e.g. costs which would not be refunded under the Distance Selling Regulations Policy) or within 24 hours (whichever is greater). The purchase price will be refunded within 72 hours. The 72 hours is subject to any restrictions imposed on said refund by PayPal, however MagneticNumbers will use its reasonable endeavours to keep the customer informed of the progress of the refund.
Should the purchaser wish to cancel after MagneticNumbers have incurred costs they will only be able to at the discretion of MagneticNumbers and the purchaser will be liable for all costs that they would be liable for under the Distance Selling Regulations Policy (e.g. packing costs) |
| Distance Selling Regulations |
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to decide to return them. The goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Written notice of the decision to cancel must be received by us within 7 days of delivery (this can be by email, post, fax or the contact form on the website). If you choose to exercise this right then, upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the goods, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and we will not refund the cost of delivery. |
