Order Status

This page defines the various order status' that you may see in relation to your order.

Awaiting Payment Confirmation

This is only seen on your return from PayPal, this means that we are waiting for confirmation of a successful payment from PayPal. It usually only lasts 10 seconds before being replaced by Order Placed. Orders with this status are not shown in the Track Orders section.

Order Placed

This means that payment has been confirmed from PayPal and we are in receipt of your order. You can check the contents of the order from your account page and going to the Track Orders section.

In Processing

This status means that we have acknowledged and accepted your order and the goods should be shipped within 28 days of the order date.

Ready for Shipping

At this point, the goods are packed and ready for collection by the courier service.

Shipped

The goods have been collected by the courier and are on their way to you. Where possible, we will add a note to your order with any tracking information we have.

Completed

The courier has informed us that the goods have been successfully delivered. This marks the end of the transaction. If you have any queries or questions at this point, please raise them as soon as possible using the contact page.

Cancelled

This means that the order has been cancelled by us, either at your request or for other reasons, and the purchase price has been or will be refunded. More detailed information can be found in the notes section of your order.
