Can I pay by credit card?

Yes you can. We use PayPal, but there is no need for you to sign up to PayPal, just select the option to pay without signing up.

Where do you ship to?

Unfortunately we only provide standard shipping to the UK. For a personalised quote to your location please contact us, however due to the weight of the numbers this may be expensive.

How long will my MagneticNumbers™ take to arrive?

Your MagneticNumbers™ will arrive within 28 days from the date of order. We will try to get them to you sooner where possible.

What is your delivery price calculation?

For orders up to and including 18 numbers (i.e. one set or 18 individual numbers) we charge £10. For every additional 18 numbers or part thereof we charge £6.

i.e. one set is charged at £10, and for up to 18 more numbers we charge £16.

Why does my basket not show all the items I think that I have ordered?

There is a problem if your browser is set to never update a stored page. In this case, try clicking the refresh button on your browser when you load a page you have already visited.
